    Ryan’s numerous years of experience in Distribution Engineering in Alberta’s landscape, along with Project Management and leadership of multiple different distribution teams make him a huge asset to our team. Since taking over our Distribution and Substation department, Ryan’s leadership has helped streamline our efforts, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service and results for all our distribution clients.

    DIRECTOR, MUNICIPAL DISTRIBUTION

    Oliver is a vital member of our team, driven to innovate and change conventional ways to reduce repetition and cost. Oliver’s experience in City projects such substantial ENMAX substations, the Green Line and the Event Center, show his dedication to the municipal distribution landscape, prioritizing efficiency without sacrificing quality.

    MIKE HARPER

    PROGRAM MANAGER, TRANSMISSION

    Mike comes from a background of delivering extensive EPC distribution and transmission projects and currently leads the transmission design department at Hardline. Mike has held various roles from design engineer, field engineer, owner’s engineer, and project manager, often completing multiple roles concurrently in both local and remote construction environments.

    Expertise: Overhead and Underground Transmission Engineering, Project Management.
