DIRECTOR, MUNICIPAL DISTRIBUTION

Danielle founded the URD program at Hardline when she arrived at Hardline over 5 years ago. During that time, and with over 12 years of fast paced dynamic project experience in the transmission industry, she has curated a reliable and quality driven department in her work with utilities, developers and cities. Danielle consistently strives to improve processes and enhances standards, safely delivering quality projects in- scope and on-schedule.

Experience: 12 years

Expertise: Underground Residential Distribution Design, Street Lighting Design, Distribution Design, Project Management.

PROGRAM MANAGER, TRANSMISSION

Mike comes from a background of delivering extensive EPC distribution and transmission projects and currently leads the transmission design department at Hardline. Mike has held various roles from design engineer, field engineer, owner’s engineer, and project manager, often completing multiple roles concurrently in both local and remote construction environments.

Expertise: Overhead and Underground Transmission Engineering, Project Management.

PROGRAM MANAGER, NETWORKS & OWNERS ENGINEERING

Oliver is a vital member of our team, driven to innovate and change conventional ways to reduce repetition and cost, not only the Network department, but throughout Hardline. Oliver has been involved with substantial ENMAX substation and City of Calgary projects, such as the Green line and the Event Center, prioritizing efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Experience: 13 years

Expertise: High Density Urban Engineering, Secondary Network Design, Owners Engineering.

PROGRAM MANAGER, DISTRIBUTION

Ryan’s numerous years of experience in Distribution Engineering in Alberta’s landscape, along with Project Management and leadership of multiple different distribution teams make him a huge asset to our team. Since taking over our Distribution department, Ryan’s leadership has helped streamline our efforts, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service and results for all our distribution clients.

Expertise: Distribution Engineering, Transmission Engineering, Project Management.

Arne has previous experience with multiple big players in the industry where he gained significant experience delivering and leading strong results. Arne’s strong leadership has enabled consistent delivery of our services and has only helped push our company to further success.
